At FBCT we believe that all members are ministers, and we desire to assist you in finding the best way to express your talents, gifts and personality in service to the Lord Jesus and His church. Those who are asked to serve in elected positions of leadership shall be active members of FBC Talladega who have demonstrated the spiritual maturity commensurate with the responsibilities of the ministry position or office. Furthermore, they shall be actively involved in the work of the church and regular in their attendance in Sunday School and worship services.
